Deposit for Local Pickup & Delivery Service
This deposit is used toward your order at a local retail smoke shop.After placing your deposit, enter the items you would like in the order notes at checkout.
How it works:
• Submit your deposit
• Enter your shopping list in the notes
• A courier will pick up your order from a local store
• Any unused money from your deposit will be refunded after the order is completed
• Delivery fee is added at checkout

Refunds are issued for any remaining balance after purchase
Orders must be available at local stores

If you would like to leave the remaining balance as a tip, you may select Keep the Change in the notes.

Return & Refund Policy
Pack Runners is a courier and purchasing service, not a retail store.
All products are purchased from third-party smoke shops and retail locations on behalf of the customer.
Because of this, all product-related sales are final once purchased from the store, and refund eligibility is limited.
Deposit Refunds Customer deposits are used to purchase requested items.
Any unused portion of a deposit will be refunded after the order is completed.
Refunds are processed after final purchase and delivery confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
Delivery Fees
All delivery fees are non-refundable. Delivery fees are charged for courier time, travel, and service. Once a courier has accepted and begun fulfilling an order, the delivery fee is considered earned.
Product Sales & Store Policies
All items are purchased from independent retail stores. Most smoke shop products, including but not limited to hemp flower, THC-A products, gummies, vape products, and rolling supplies, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once purchased. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that Pack Runners does not control store refund policies and that product refunds are subject to the individual store’s rules.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct items and understanding what they are ordering. Customers may contact the store directly before placing an order to confirm product availability, pricing, or product details. Pack Runners is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.
Incorrect Orders (Courier Error)
If Pack Runners makes an error during pickup, such as purchasing the wrong item or incorrect quantity, we will work to correct the issue where possible. If the error is confirmed, a partial or full refund may be issued for the affected portion of the order.
This applies only to courier errors and does not apply to customer-selected items.
Product Quality & Defects
Pack Runners is not responsible for product quality, effectiveness, defects, or customer dissatisfaction with product choices. All product-related concerns must be addressed directly with the retail store where the item was purchased.
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled before a courier begins the pickup process.
In this case, the deposit may be refunded. If an order is canceled after items have been purchased, the product cost is non-refundable.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery, the delivery fee remains non-refundable. Product refunds will depend on the store’s policy, which is typically final sale.
